• This is a 360 role which will include sourcing of candidates and screening their CVs, arranging interviews with clients, chasing up feedbacks from both sides, negotiating the terms and conditions of contract, generating leads and business development and eventually developing your own client base
• No previous experience is necessary but you do need to have the following:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Team working
o Ability to constantly hit targets and meet deadlines.
o Dealing with high pressured environments
o Clear examples of motivation, drive and competitiveness on your CV
